The Villa Spectrea is a spectecular and wonderful retreat, facing the sunset, located in a 30.000 s.qm private area of outstanding natural beauty with private beach and admission to the sea. Two independent houses, side by side, offer a high flexibility in accomodation.
Main House
The Main House, elegant styled, has four double-bedrooms, each with air conditioning. On the ground floor of the house there is a huge living room with an open fire place, TV, DVD and sound music- equipment that also can be played in the outside pool area (Bluetooth/SONOS). An open kitchen with two induction cookers, microwave, an extra-baking-oven, coffee machine, blender mixer, dishwasher and a big Samsung refrigerator with ice maker.
Extra Guest-Toilet in the living area.
A few steps lead up to a double bedroom with bathroom and a large terrace from which you can also go directly to the pool. Further up you will reach the Master Bedroom with marble-bathroom and an own large terrace, shaded with a Pergola.
The third double room can be reached by a few steps down from the living room. It has a bathroom en suite and a glass door to the outside, which also gives direct access to the pool.
The pool (16 x 5,5 m ) offers plenty of space around for lots of deck-chairs and umbrella's, there's also an outside shower and a path down to the private beach.
The barbecue place gives the opportunity to cook outside. On the pool level you will find, beside the outside shower, another bathroom with toilet and en suite a bedroom with a bed, size 140x200.
A cozy sun and wind-protected inner courtyard behind the kitchen is the perfect place for a wonderful breakfast.
Guest House
The Guest House in the wonderful colors of an easy Greek summer, white, turquoise and blue offers three double bedrooms with three bathrooms en suite. Here as well Living Room and kitchen merge with each other. Of course you will find the normal equipment like DVD, TV, music etc. and the kitchen provides the coffee machine, ice-maker, stove and oven as well. Two double bedrooms right and left from the living area and the third one with a 140x200 bed you will find some steps down, outside the house.
Outside
All the terraces, the area around the pool, the private beach, the many little shaded places provide a lot possibilities to withdraw.
A ping-pong plate near by the pool invite's you to play.
Down at the beach two canoes give the opportunity to discover the surrounding seaside.
The private bay and access to the sea allow to experience by swimming and snorkeling the underwater life right in front of the houses.
The deadend road to the 30 000 s.qm property ends in front of an electronic gate, which guarantees undisturbed seclusion, if desired.
